Recharge & Service Policy

1. Overview

1.1. Welcome to the GuGuk website and ecosystem ("Platform"), operated by Douyu Technology PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “We”, or “Our”). This Recharge & Service Policy ("Policy" or "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between You ("User") and the Company. 1.2. Please read these terms carefully. By registering, accessing, recharging, or using the Services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. 1.3. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using our Services.

2. Definitions

Company: Douyu Technology PTE. LTD., incorporated in Singapore.
User/You: Any individual who accesses the Platform and uses its Services.
Gold Coins: The virtual currency used within the Platform to purchase virtual items or services.
Wallet: The digital balance section in your User account where your Gold Coins are stored.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.1. Strict 18+ Rule: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Use of the Platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. 3.2. Zero Tolerance: If we discover that a User is under 18, we reserve the right to immediately freeze the account and forfeit any balance, subject to applicable laws. 3.3. Legal Capacity: You confirm that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, including payment obligations for recharging Gold Coins.

4. Account Security

4.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any recharge or transaction made through your Account will be deemed as authorized by you. 4.2. We are not liable for any loss of Gold Coins or funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure your password.

5. Recharge & Virtual Currency Policy

5.1. Purchase of Gold Coins: Users can purchase Gold Coins through the "Wallet" interface using authorized payment methods. 5.2. Finality of Transaction: * No Refunds: All purchases of Gold Coins and virtual items are final and non-refundable. Once the transaction is successful and the Gold Coins are credited to your Wallet, you cannot return them for a cash refund, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or in cases of proven technical error. * Non-Transferable: Gold Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money between Users or with third parties. They are for use solely within the GuGuk Platform. 5.3. Payment Discrepancies: * If you have been charged but have not received your Gold Coins within 15 minutes, please contact us at cs@gugukapp.com with your User ID and Transaction Receipt. * We reserve the right to correct any errors in the balance of your Wallet if we discover a technical glitch that resulted in an incorrect credit. 5.4. Anti-Fraud & AML: We monitor transactions for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to freeze any transaction or Account that shows signs of: * Credit card fraud or chargebacks. * Money laundering activities. * Use of unauthorized third-party top-up services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Recharge Services. Specifically, you must not: 6.1. Use stolen credit cards or payment accounts to purchase Gold Coins. 6.2. Engage in "chargeback fraud" (disputing a valid transaction with your bank after receiving the goods). If a chargeback occurs, we will permanently ban your Account. 6.3. Sell or trade Gold Coins for real-world currency (RMT) outside the Platform. 6.4. Exploit bugs or glitches to obtain Gold Coins without payment.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on the Platform, including the Gold Coins, virtual gifts, graphics, and software, is the property of Douyu Technology PTE. LTD. or its licensors. 7.2. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Gold Coins and virtual items for personal entertainment within the Platform. You do not own the virtual items; you only hold a license to use them.

8. Termination

8.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Platform if you violate this Agreement. 8.2. Effect of Termination: If your Account is banned for violation of terms (e.g., fraud, harassment, under-age use), you will forfeit any remaining Gold Coins in your Wallet, and no refund will be issued.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to credit Gold Coins or provide Services caused by forces beyond our control, including but not limited to bank system failures, international cable cuts, war, or natural disasters.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Service is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that payment processing will be error-free or uninterrupted. 10.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Douyu Technology PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of Gold Coins.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. 11.2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement (including recharge disputes) shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore.
