2. Payment Instruction
To purchase Gold Coins, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Access the Wallet
- Log in to your account on the GuGuk website.
- Click on the "Wallet" icon located on the top navigation bar or within your profile dropdown menu.
- Step 2: Select a Package
- Browse the list of available Gold Coins packages.
- Click on the package you wish to purchase. Confirm the order details and the total amount displayed.
- Step 3: Proceed to Payment
- Upon clicking "Pay," you will be redirected to our Secure Payment Gateway.
- Note: Ensure your browser allows pop-ups or redirects to proceed to the payment page.
- Step 4: Complete the Transaction
- On the payment page, select your preferred payment method from the list provided.
- Follow the on-screen instructions (e.g., enter card details, scan a QR code, or verify via OTP).
- Time Limit: Please complete the payment within the countdown timer displayed on the page. If the timer expires, the session will close, and you will need to initiate a new order from the GuGuk Wallet.
- Step 5: Confirmation
- Success: Once the payment is verified, you will be automatically redirected back to the GuGuk website. A "Payment Successful" notification will appear, and the Gold Coins will be credited to your balance immediately.
- Failure/Cancellation: If you cancel the process or the transaction fails, a notification will appear. No funds will be deducted.
3. Currency and Exchange Rates
- Transaction prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your region or in USD/SGD, depending on your settings and location.
- Since we handle cross-border payments, the final amount deducted from your bank account may slightly vary due to exchange rates applied by your bank or payment provider if your local currency differs from the settlement currency.
4. Payment Security
Douyu Technology PTE. LTD. takes security seriously. We do not store your full credit card number or sensitive payment credentials on our servers. All transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment partners, who are fully compliant with international payment security standards (PCI-DSS). Your connection to our website is also secured via SSL encryption.
5. Refund Policy regarding Digital Goods
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases of Gold Coins and virtual items are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in cases of proven technical error (e.g., you were charged but the Gold Coins were not received).
- If you believe a transaction was made in error, unauthorized, or duplicated, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
6. Payment Support
If you have successfully paid but have not received your Gold Coins within 15 minutes, please contact us with your User ID and a screenshot of the Transaction Receipt.
